It's like getting a special delivery right to your inbox, ready to be printed, framed, or turned into a mug, t-shirt, or whatever you can imagine!

But if you've ordered a product (canvas or metal card), the adventure doesn't stop there. Your product will be carefully printed and then shipped to you. It's like a grand finale of your portrait's journey, as it travels to your doorstep, ready to be proudly displayed in your home.

So whether it's a digital file or a canvas print or metal card, we make sure your order arrives in style, ready to be cherished for years to come. It's like receiving a precious treasure that will bring so much joy!

***ATTENTION: 

• For Domestic/US orders: You will receive the canvas or metal card via FedEx/USPS in the mail.
• For International orders: We have partnered with FEDEX INTERNATIONAL CONNECT PLUS. The expected processing time is 2-4 days and another 4-6 business days for final delivery. 
  • Also, international customers are responsible for paying customs duties/taxes/VAT to their individual governments when the product arrives at their destination country. 
  • Please allow some extra time since orders frequently get held up in Customs. This is no fault of ours or the shipping company. This is up to each individual country's government.
