At Animefy Me, we take great pride in creating customized anime characters that bring your vision to life. As each character is uniquely designed to your specifications, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer returns or refunds on any orders once they have been processed.

Hey there, fellow anime lovers! At Animefy Me, we specialize in turning YOU into your very own anime character. Our team puts in a lot of hard work to make sure your personalized character looks amazing and is totally unique to you.

Due to the customized nature of our products, we cannot offer returns or refunds once the order has been processed. But hey, who would want to return a one-of-a-kind anime version of themselves, right? Plus, we start working on your order right away to make sure you get it as soon as possible.

If you have any concerns about the quality or accuracy of the final product, don't worry! We'll send you a preview to get your approval before we finalize your order. 

ATTENTION: 24 HOURS TO APPROVE ARTWORK. It will take us 1-4 days to create your digital artwork. Once complete, we will email you the artwork. You will have the option to request changes or you can APPROVE right away. ANY CHANGE REQUESTS HAVE TO BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS otherwise your order will be auto approved by our system.

PS: Requesting changes does put your art in the back of the line, so fulfilment does take longer.

And hey, we understand that sometimes you might want a little extra tweak here or there after seeing the preview. We've got you covered with up to 2 free revisions. After that, we may need to charge a small fee, but trust us, it'll be worth it to get your artwork just the way you want it.
