So what does our shipping insurance cover? Well, it's got your back in case your package goes on a little adventure and gets lost in transit due to carrier delays. 

We consider it lost in transit if there's no tracking update on our website for 12 business days. We'll also come to the rescue if your order shows as delivered but you didn't receive it, and it's the carrier's fault, like delivering it to the wrong address. 

And of course, we'll be there to save the day if your artwork arrives with any damages due to shipping handling.
