Every single piece of art we make is fully customized and handmade! Whether you chose a digital product or a physical canvas, it's still hand made! So please give us time to process your order.

DOMESTIC

Processing times:

Digital Art: 5-7 Business Days from date of order via Email

* Revisions will delay the delivery timeframe of the final image

Canvas Art: US Orders: 5-7 business Days AFTER image approval.

INTERNATIONAL

Processing times:

Digital Art: 5-7 Business Days from date of order via Email

Canvas Art: 5-7 business days after image approval

*PLEASE NOTE: Shipping transit time frame can vary by carrier, on average it can take 5-10 working days (Domestic) and 10-14 business days (International) for delivery. Shipping may be impacted by carrier delays.

ATTENTION: 24 HOURS TO APPROVE ARTWORK. It will take us 1-4 days to create your digital artwork. Once complete, we will email you the artwork. You will have the option to request changes or you can APPROVE right away. ANY CHANGE REQUESTS HAVE TO BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS otherwise your order will be auto approved by our system.

* If there are revision requests or order issues (missing order details, missing payment for additional characters, missing photos, etc) it will delay the total processing time and we can no longer guarantee delivery within the processing time frames.

COMMON DELAYS:

During Holiday times such as Valentine's, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc there may be slightly delayed shipments. If we have address issues, we always reach out to customers for confirmation. Thus, in rare circumstances, it may take a few days longer.
