Tracking Issues? Fear Not, We Got You Covered!Updated a year ago

We know how important it is for you to keep tabs on your precious order. That's why we update tracking information as soon as the label is printed, and you can easily check it through our order status page. Plus, for your convenience, we send a tracking confirmation email once it's updated. But hey, if you see that dreaded "shipping label is created" with no updates, don't panic! Just give it 7-10 business days, and we'll have that tracking info dancing with excitement.


Lost package? 

We've got your back! If your product hasn't arrived within the estimated time, shoot us an email at [email protected], and we'll hop right into action to resolve the matter. And if your tracking shows "delivered," but your package is nowhere to be found, don't hesitate to reach out to us immediately. We'll be your trusty sidekick in solving the mystery!


Oh, and our international customers, listen up! When your product arrives at your destination country, please note that customs duties/taxes/VAT are your responsibility. And while we wish we could make customs clearance a breeze, sometimes orders get held up in Customs. Unfortunately, that's out of our hands and up to each country's government to sort out.


One thing to keep in mind – we don't offer refunds for products in transit, but once you receive them, or even before we ship them, we'll be more than happy to work with you. After all, your satisfaction is our top priority!
